If we find out that a customer has accessed our services by hiding their location (by adding the wrong address or using a VPN), we reserve the right to terminate their account and take legal action if required.
EssayProfy.com accepts orders and authorizes experts to work on orders only after receiving full payment from customers. We do not guarantee timely solutions within the deadline if the customer fails to complete the payment on time.
The Company uses its own pricing policy to determine the prices for any order. Our team assesses the following factors –

Customers can use any of the available payment options (credit/debit card, online wallets, PayPal, Apple Pay). Our support team will never reach out to you via call to transfer funds to any personal account. We do not take responsibility for customers falling prey to scams using our name.
After reviewing the order requirements manually, our team can send a revised price quote, which can be less or more than the original quote. In the case of a refund, EssayProfy.com credits the user's account with credit points that do not have any expiration date. You can use these credits to place further orders.
Once the customer fills out the order form, our team checks the details manually. In case the order contains any objectionable information, we reserve the right to cancel the order, terminate the user account, and take legal action if required.
In case our experts require further details regarding the order, they’ll contact customers directly. You are requested to respond to the query. Our writers will not take responsibility for any missing details in your order if you fail to resolve their queries.
The customer can make adjustments to their orders by contacting the support team as long as the writer hasn't started working on the order already. NO requests for order adjustment will be entertained once work on it has started. The customer will have to bear the additional charges if the additional adjustments made to the order increase the prices.
If a customer requires the writer to use specific reference sources when working on the order, they have to share the source links within the following time period:
Orders due within 24 hours – Within 30 minutes of placing the order
Orders due within 24-72 hours – Within 60 minutes of placing the order
Orders with a deadline of 72+ hours – Within 24 hours of placing the order
Failure to provide resource links means the customer leaves the responsibility to the writer to gather resources on the customer’s behalf.
Customers are encouraged to check the status of their orders regularly via their accounts. You can also get in touch with our support team or the writer directly to receive the latest updates regarding your order.
Customers are requested to contact their writer directly in case they have to share additional details regarding the order.
What Does the Company Take Responsibility for?
The Company takes full responsibility for delivering orders within the specified deadline. Upon failure to meet the deadline, customers have the right to request a refund on their order (check the Refund Policy for more details).
What Does the Company NOT Take Responsibility for?
EssayProfy.com does not take responsibility for failure to deliver an order due to incorrect contact details shared by the customer.
The Company is not responsible for the customer not being able to access their account due to failure to recall their login credentials.
EssayProfy.com takes full responsibility if the delivered order does not meet the initial requirements sent by the customer. The customer is within their rights to request revisions within 90 calendar days after receiving their order (the time period for sending revision requests can vary depending on the task. Please connect to our support team for further details).
EssayProfy.com’s Quality Assurance Department is responsible for handling all revision requests. The department has the right to deny revisions in case of the following situations –
The revision request changes do not align with the initial order details (Customers can place a new order or pay additional charges to request content adjustments according to new requirements)

If and when the department verifies genuine concerns regarding the order, the Company takes full responsibility for offering revisions free of cost.

A customer from states/countries where we do not provide services intentionally adding wrong residence details or using VPNs to hire experts
A customer refusing to cooperate with the team
A customer using abusive language at any point during the process
A customer intentionally trying to harm EssayProfy.com or its clients by adding malware to order requests
A customer spreading misinformation regarding the services
In case of any dispute, the customer should approach EssayProfy.com for a solution. If no solution can be reached between the two parties, the customer and EssayProfy.com can opt for legal resolution.
